THERAPY OR PSYCHOLOGIST
If you are going to twelve-step groups and support groups and doing all you can and are still having difficulty with your mental health or relationships, consider seeing a therapist or psychologist to help you. Make sure you get one you can work with and learn from who will be supportive but also someone who will encourage you to grow to be the best person you can be. Many will work with you on a sliding scale.
